Westover Company, Country Manor Apartments
I started to work at Country Manor Apartments at the age of fifteen and continued to work there for four seasons. I worked at the pool. On occasions I would jump in to pick up a kid to bring down to the shallow end.
- Oversaw a team of three lifeguards, ensuring that they were focused and were correctly evaluating the risks of each patron
- Managed and maintained the chemicals in the pool, checking the water levels hourly and making any necessary adjustments to chlorine and pH levels
- Ensured a safe environment for all patrons by accurately evaluating the risk of each situation/patron
