Lead Technician, Audio/Visual and Technology Support
- Support Fox School of Business deans, professors, students, and company representatives with equipment, computer hardware and software issues.
- Perform a wide variety of PC troubleshooting in a fast pace university environment utilizing both internal and external platforms.
- Increased efficiency by communicating results to team members and reported unresolved technical issues to managers in the technology department.
- Trained and managed new employees on troubleshooting process.
