Lead Technician, Audio/Visual and Technology Support (March 2016-Present)
Over the last two years I have had the pleasure of working in the Audio/Visual and Technology Support department here at Temple University’s Fox School of Business. FOX A/V is a department focused on providing it’s clients with high quality technical support and maintaining a robust and operational technological system throughout the Fox School. During my time there I developed my technological knowledge by providing support to Fox School of Business deans, professors, students, and company representatives with equipment, computer hardware and software issues. After working diligently for 6 months I was promoted to Lead Technician and began to lead department exercises. I also took the role of training new employees on department procedures and policies which gave me the platform I needed to develop my organizational leadership skills.
