Paley Library Technical Services

My role as an LTS employee is a technical assistant.  Some of the duties I am responsible for are with managing the front desk in the library. I help people daily with problems ranging between connecting to the internet to hardware issues. I deal with printer, copy, scanner issues where I have to change toners. I also help people with program issues for MS Office, Dreamweaver, Netbeans, etc. I also manage the charging station where students can leave there phones, tablets, portable chargers to charge while they study.
