Law Offices of John G. Malone, Esq.

At the Law Offices of John G. Malone, Esq., I did clerical work, and then I worked as an intern in the department of technology as the digital technology coordinator. I had many responsibilities, such as recording business expenses on Microsoft Excel, maintaining the office appearance, buying necessary office materials and supplies, interacting with clients over the phone, conducting data backup, and filling in important documents for each client. I also completed and faxed legal and medical documents for clients. This has enhanced my job preparation and skills by teaching me how to operate a private practice using technology and various software.

Huntingdon Valley Country Club

At Huntingdon Valley Country Club, I started working at the pool snack bar. My responsibilities included recording and preparing orders, recording and replacing inventory, cleaning the work space, and serving country club members. I later worked as a busser at the restaurant, where I cleared and cleaned tables, the work space, dishes, and helped to prepare courses. I also worked for the banquet department, helping to serve food to event attendees and clean up after events. Additionally, I worked as a waitress and babysat for members’ children. This has enhanced my job preparation and skills by teaching me ways in which I can work with a teach and communicate to other employees the needs of a company and strategies for which team members can fulfill these needs.

CCATE (Centro de Cultura Arte Trabajo y Educacion)

During my internship at CCATE, I am performing administrative work and assisting in coordinating lessons.Relating to my administrative work, I primarily use data analytics tools to gather information of the students’ academic performances. I have also researched and recorded information regarding various methods of which the program can be potentially funded. I have distributed my findings to my colleagues. This has enhanced my job preparation and skills by teaching me to effectively use technology to analyze data and communicate with other staff members using technology.
