My Experience

 I am currently employed at TD Bank in Jefferson Hospital as a Teller since January. My duties is to welcome customers, process transactions such as depositing checks, cash, cashing checks, selling our products such as convincing customers to open accounts, applying for credits cards, loans, and most importantly bring a legendary customer service and always exceed customers’ expectations, because in our world “Wow” is the number one objective. I am very excited to be part of TD Bank because it is a great opportunity for me and I enjoyed working there.

 Prior to TD Bank, I was working at Home Depot located in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. I started in December 2012-January 2014. It was also one of  my most exciting job. As a cashier, I always made sure my station was clean, always keeping a positive attitude toward my customers and coworkers. My daily basis was to welcome customer’s and process transactions. While working there I was able to translate in French to some of the customers who didn’t speak English.

This was one of my most exciting and valuable experience job I ever had.  Distinctive Solutions located in Philadelphia, PA, is a face-to-face sales and direct marketing company which has maintain long-standing relationships with major Fortune 500 companies in such industries as telecommunications, outsourced merchant services, retail, energy and utility services. Our daily basis was to go to door-to-doors, talking to people about our product Verizon Fios and close out a sale. I learned a lot while working there about sales, customer service, leadership and management. So many of these skills have showed to be extremely valuable in the business world.

I was also working at Community College of Philadelphia at the student’s registration center. I started in April, 2010-June 2011. My duties was to register students for their classes especially the freshman’s and ESL (English as a Second Language) students who couldn’t register for themselves. While working there, I was able to attend to the advisors and supervisors meeting.

Hair Salon: This was my primarly job in  the United States. I started in the year 2005-2009. After two years  of working at the hair shop, I became the store manager.  My duties was to greet and assist customers, handled monetary transactions, trained new employers, scheduled appointments over the phone and ordered supplies.
