- Customer Service Rep – A. Duie Pyle
- Coordinate inquiries and schedule shipments for specialty “less-than-truckload” (LTL) freight carrier, with 27 U.S. locations.
- Extensive use of Salesforce and proprietary software to verify shipment dates, follow-up with clients, and update changes in delivery timeframes. Multiple large-scale shipments handled per day. Frequent communication to reps outside of our organization as well.
- Made use of a java-based proprietary scheduling and tracking system. Had to mirror information on Salesforce 1:1 in order to coordinate with other team members and departments. Required extensive knowledge of the entire tracking and handling system, as I was first point of contact.
