Peer Mentorship Program
I was able to participate in the IBIT peer mentorship program this year with Dinesh Desai. Dinesh is the CEO of Emtec Inc and has experience in various different fields within business. He was a great mentor and was so easy to talk with. He gave me so much advice about the workplace, technology, and how to be successful in the business career path. Two main things that I took away from meeting with him was the importance of people in your team and growth. Those are the foundational pieces to success in a business. Every question I had asked was centralized around the importance of a team and the people you put yourself around and how they all contribute to growth. Growth in a company is important in order to reach new goals.
