I recently completed the What Is UX Writing? LinkedIn Learning course by Brooke Rahn. The course provided a structured introduction to the role of UX writing in digital product design and its impact on the overall user experience. I learned how strategically written microcopy can guide users through interfaces, improve usability, and increase overall satisfaction with digital products.
Throughout the course, I gained a deeper understanding of how effective UX writing should be clear, concise, and consistent in order to support intuitive design. I also explored best practices for creating inclusive content that works well for diverse audiences across different age groups, backgrounds, and regions. This course strengthened my ability to communicate effectively within digital interfaces and helped me better understand how carefully chosen words influence the usability and accessibility of websites and applications.
