2. The leadership conference was held, May 22-23, 2018, in Arlington, Virginia at Deloitte\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\’s Federal Headcourters (Rosslyn Office).
3. The Leadership Conference ave students a sneak peek into the everyday lives of a Deloitte practitioner touring their workspace and the various different departments in the building. Also gave a chance to network with other students in with the same interests attending the event and communicate different strategies to stay excelling and grow into a potential position with the organization.
4. Giving the experience of seeing the workplace of a highly reputed firm such as Deloitte and seeing what an everyday lifestyle might be like helped shape the vision of what their future might look like in the actual workplace. During the conference, we also worked on a lot of different team building exercises that helped give an understanding of how to communicate socially but professionally in a corporate scenario.
