As an information technology intern at SEPTA, I learned how an enterprise IT system functions. I was working on both low and high level tasks that gave me a great understanding of the full IT system. Working with the IT department gave me the background knowledge that will allow me to understand the needs of other companies.

Information Technology Intern
- Worked with the network services and infrastructure management teams to maintain a network of over 3,000 computers.
- Diagnosed both user software and hardware issues and assisted in data migration processes.
- Used various software including: KACE System Management, Tight VNC, Microsoft Active Directory, Symantec Ghost, and Active Data Studio.
SEPTA, Upper Darby, PA June 2017 – August 2017
Track Laborer
- Performed daily labor-intensive maintenance tasks on the Norristown High Speed Line
- Worked efficiently with both small and large teams of co-workers
- Demonstrated high levels of problem solving skills to safely work in a constantly changing work environment
