Consulting Foundations
Taught by Mike Figliuolo, I learned the foundations of consulting. Being that this is a field I might want to get into I thought it would be best for me to take this course and learn more about the topic. I learned valuable information about the consulting industry. Specifically, I learned the essential aspects of setting up and managing a consulting business, including marketing, sales, and engagement management. Lastly, it touched on topics like the different consulting models, effective pricing strategies, and lastly how to negotiate with clients.
