Hobbies
My hobbies and interests are diverse and I am always seeking new adventures, but the three interests listed below will always be some of my favorites.
I believe knowledge is power so I try to learn something new everyday. It could be as simple as a new word or as complicated as creating a website, but I feel the brain has endless possibilities, so I want to absorb as much as I can. I can spend hours browsing through the TED website watching the videos.
On a more personal level, I was recently introduced to sushi again, after many unsuccessful attempts, and now I can eat sushi every day. I have been trying to be more open with trying different culinary flavors and foods because that is the most effective way to learn about a culture. I cannot say I like all the foods that I try, but I can say I tried and that is most important.
In my free time, what I like to do most is play golf. I enjoy being outdoors and being surrounded by green grass. The driving range is a place where I can go to relieve stress and gather my thoughts. It takes strength and patience to drive a golf ball and I like the idea that I can use the same lessons in my daily life.
