Safaniya and I worked together to enhance Heavy Hitter Thai Boxing’s website and its Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Although this was my first time working on an IBIT project and my first time working with Squarespace, Safaniya with her previous experience led this project to success. We both love working with web design and our process improving the homepage layout, adding effective call to action content, and integrating an affordable and user-friendly scheduling platform to the website was enjoyable. We worked embracing the Agile methodology maintaining consistent communication and regular client feedback. I also want to mention that Safaniya took the initiative to do some extra research about other scheduling platforms different than SquareSpace. We learned that there were other platforms that include more tools for half of the price that SquareSpace charges. Even though the overall project took us a little longer by researching other services and creating price and tools comparisons, we prioritized the client’s satisfaction and their long-term financial savings. The project was completed and client mentioned he got some new leads even before we completely closed the project.
