Work Experience
Currently, I am employed part time at the Temple University Tech Center. My responsibilities include maintaining technical equipment, troubleshooting various software and hardware issues, operating advanced printers and offering positive customer service.
In the past, I have worked full time at Amazon fulfillment centers, where I worked firsthand with Amazon’s advanced inventory management software. I have also worked at Concorde, a company that offers multiple services such as drug testing and employment verification. There I used their systems to provide quick and accurate information to their clients.
