Project Analyst Intern

    • Obtain a better understanding of the UKG employee structure  
    • Assist in cleaning up data for a smoother transition for the UKG project

    • Reorganize the UKG integration teams files 
    • Track, maintain, and follow-up on RAID log for UKG system upgrade 
    • Perform application analyst responsibilities, such as 
    • Custom form testing and creation 
    • System upgrade testing 
    • Security auditing and maintenance

What you learned and how it relates to your major (e.g., describe what you learned from this experience in the context of specific courses)  In the course Data and Analytics, I used SQL to extract data from complex data sets. In my intern role, I was able to use SQL on real data sets to pull out information regarding different employees location, department, job, etc. I also was able to apply what I learned from  the course Lead Global Digital projects, the importance of the agile method and how it is used in order for teams to complete goals and projects on time in the work place.
