- I worked as a Project Management Intern within the Marketing, Sales Operations, and Communications Department directly under the head of the Project Management Office. My main role was the support the Project Management Office during the organization wide implementation of a new CRM system as well as the implementation of a new Project Management software. I also led the implementation of a Tool-Tip application for the CRM system.

- Led implementation of tool tip for new CRM system affecting organization of 1,500+ sales members, ensuring dev team understood requirements and met deadlines
- Supported implementation of new project management software
- Provided monthly reports to the SVP of MSC on the statuses of key projects
- Assisted marketing department with the creation and analysis of monthly reports measuring the effectiveness of Siemens\\\’ marketing campaigns
- Created central knowledge repository for the organization
- Assisted Sales Education department with the creation of sales education materials
- Assisted Events Management department with the facilitation of live training sessions

- I learned a lot about Project and Change Management, how to get proper buy-in within a large F500 organization, and also all of the moving parts of implementing new software. This directly related to what I learned in Lead Global Digital Projects with Professor Marie-Christine Martin.
