Facilitator: Innovation and Entrepreneurship Institute, Temple University. (December 2018 – Present)
As a Facilitator, I am responsible for being a liaison between IEI and anyone outside of the department. I communicate everyone from students that just want to learn more about the department to businessmen that want to donate to the department or work with students. I have worked with large sheets of data, doing everything from adding rows of data to cleaning the sheets to translating data into easily readable data.
Team Lead: Saxbys Coffee. (November 2017 – November 2018)
As a Team Lead, I was responsible for managing overall cafe functions when I was on shift. I had to use problem solving skills, because I had to rectify any negative situation that a customer encountered when they came into the cafe. It was my job to ensure that every customer was served correctly and in a timely manner.
