About Me

THANK YOU FOR VISITING MY E-PORTFOLIO!

I am a junior Finance and Management Information Systems double-major at the Fox School of Business. In studying both Finance and MIS, I aim to position myself to be uniquely specialized to be able to create value in the financial sector by having the skill set needed to develop and manage financial systems within an organization or to develop innovative FinTech solutions. In addition, I have a strong interest in the development and integration of Blockchain technologies into the business space as it is my belief that the technology will soon revolutionize the efficiency, effectiveness, security, traceability, and transparency of business systems.

In the time that I have spent at Temple, I have been a member of and have participated in a select number of organizations. I am an active member of the Temple Finance Association (TFA), a student professional organization that provides members with the opportunity to engage with industry leaders, participate in professional development workshops, and take part in exclusive educational programs. In addition, I have served as both a Lead and Associate Analyst in the Temple University Fox Fund, a majority student led fund that teaches students about the capital markets through managing a virtual portfolio of U.S. equities. The group consists of 50 students who, upon being accepted into the fund, break into groups to cover the sectors of the stock market, as outlined by GICS, spending six weeks learning about equity screening, financial statement analysis, intrinsic and relative valuation, followed by 6 weeks preparing two Initiating Coverage Reports and stock presentations.
