Global Markets Analyst
BNP Paribas is a leading global financial institution and one of the largest international banking groups in the world. BNP Paribas operates in over 60 countries and provides investment banking, securities, and asset management services to corporate, institutional, and individual clients. My position is based in Chesterbrook, Pennsylvania, within the Global Markets, CCCO team, and is part of the firm’s 2026 Graduate Program, a structured two-year rotational program designed to develop early-career professionals through formal training and hands-on experience.
In this role, my primary job function will be to support trading and sales activities within Global Markets by assisting with market analysis, risk monitoring, reporting, and operational processes that ensure compliance and efficiency across trading desks. As an analyst, I will work closely with senior team members to analyze financial data, monitor market movements, and help maintain controls related to trading activity and regulatory requirements. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of financial instruments and market dynamics.
This position directly relates to my Management Information Systems (MIS) major, as it allows me to apply technical and analytical skills developed through coursework and project-based learning. At BNP, I will work on AI-focused projects that involve data analysis, automation, and model-driven decision support, as well as hands-on experience designing and managing databases used for internal controls and reporting. My MIS coursework prepared me to work with large datasets, understand system controls, and support risk and compliance functions – skills that align closely with the CCCO role within Global Markets at BNP Paribas.
