Product & Innovation Testing
I participated in the Product & Innovation Testing Tech Showcase, a 90-minute industry session sponsored by Greenbook Events, featuring leading platforms used by research, insights, and product teams to evaluate concepts and refine products prior to market launch. The event highlighted practical tools and methodologies for concept testing, product validation, and innovation strategy, including alternatives and complements to traditional survey-based testing such as in-home usage testing (IHUT), remote qualitative video feedback, UX and prototype testing, and in-product experimentation. Presenters also discussed how AI-enabled screening, auto-coding, and standardized templates can accelerate testing cycles while maintaining research quality. Through this session, I gained exposure to the current innovation testing landscape, learned how organizations scale large volumes of product tests efficiently, and developed a clearer understanding of how different testing approaches support faster decision-making and stronger product outcomes.
