TUBC Blockchain & AI Workshop
The event focused on the basics of blockchain and how it relates to AI models. The speaker discussed what blockchain is, why it is important, how it can be incorporated into AI, and some privacy and security measures. As an attendee, I listened and learned the information presented. My largest takeaway from the event was the discussion of cryptocurrency, and how we can think of it as a bartering system despite the concept being intangible as it is a representation of monetary value that others accept.
