Virtualization Hands-on Project
VMWare is software that allows a user to run a virtual desktop. It is one of the best tools for managing desktops and computers because it reduces the amount of resources and organizational IT support needed by more than 50 percent on statistical averages.
VMWare offers several benefits in the Information Technology industry such as making operations smoother, lowering energy consumption, and being cost effective at every phase. It uses different ways of processing information between virtual machines and host machines to maximize usefulness and productivity while and during implementation.
As one of the hands-on projects in my Enterprise IT Architecture class, I decided to learn and expand on VMWare more by recording a video covering basic functions on how to use VMWare. In this tutorial, I will be showing several features such as snapshot, manually backing up your virtual machine, and loading it back up on another machine.
