City View Diner Waitress
-Waitress for over four years and head waitress for over a year. My duties consist of writing and managing the schedule while providing excellent customer service. I am in charge of making sure food items get out to customers in a timely manner while making sure they look aesthetically pleasing. I am also the person who must deal with unsatisfied customers and disciplining employees who do not follow the rules. I also am exposed to POS systems which help analyze sales and tips collected for the day. This POS system also helps the staff to communicate what food they are ordering along with the kitchen staff to easily make the food through proper communication.
