American Marketing Association (AMA)
Temple University has many student professional organizations to encourage networking and deeper involvement within your specific major. I have been a member of the Temple University chapter of the American Marketing Association since Fall of 2012. By attending weekly speaker sessions, I have learned much about different opportunities and different industries for using my degree after I graduate as well as learning about new internship opportunities. I have also been a member of the social media committee of AMA in order to increase my involvement within the organization. Formerly, I contributed weekly to the TU-AMA blog. Please see samples of my blog work under the menu “Sample Work.” Being a member of AMA has strengthened my love for my major and has made me confident that I chose the right major.
