AIS Mentorship Program
Fall 2019
Through the AIS Mentorship Program, I learned tips and tricks that I would not have learned without my mentor, Ashlin. We met weekly to discuss and reach my goals for the semester. Ashlin was not only helpful for questions about my classes, but she also helped me prepare for internships. Ashlin help me get more involved in resume-building activities, and helped me schedule for next semester. Through this program, I gained a life-long mentor and a great friend.
Spring 2020
My second semester in the AIS Mentorship Program was better than the first. My mentor, Ashlin, provided so much help during my summer leadership/internship interview process as she is an expert interviewer, and I would not be where I am today without her. She helped me develop my interview skills by practicing and preparing with me. In addition, she also helped me study for classes I am currently taking and helped plan my fall 2020 schedule. Most importantly, this mentorship program provided me the opportunity to meet someone who was, is, and will always be there for me.
