I completed a LinkedIn Learning program on business analytics by Kumaran Ponnambalam. I learned about the tools and techniques used in these processes and explored emerging trends like generative AI and augmented analytics. This training improved my ability to analyze data, address challenges with metrics, and make informed decisions based on insights.
