Experience
Since June of 2019, I have worked for the Radnor Hunt Club of Malvern, Pennsylvania. I joined the staff as a busser and was promoted to server upon turning 18. As my first and longest job, the Radnor Hunt Club has been essential to my growth as an employee and person overall. Whether it be collaborating with a diverse staff, learning to provide high-level service, or training new employees, this job has allowed me to develop professionally on a scale I could have never reached otherwise. I have become a more confident, talkative, and responsible worker, and I will certainly carry the lessons from this position into my future careers.
