At Zumiez, I worked as a Sales Associate where I was responsible for delivering strong customer service and helping meet daily and weekly sales goals. I engaged with customers to understand their needs and recommended products based on current trends and individual style. I restocked merchandise, organized floor displays and ensured visual standards were met. I also handled transactions at the register and helped with opening and closing procedures.
