Administrative Assistant
During the Summer of 2019, I worked as an administrative assistant in the Center for the Advancement of Teaching here at Temple. As an administrative assistant, I provided clerical support which included responding to service inquiries, verifying guest attendance and tracking the retention of events being held in the department.
Library Assistant
In 2018, I worked as an Interlibrary Loan Student Worker for Paley Library at Temple University. In the Interlibrary Loan department, I prepare and organize books for shipping and scan various reading materials to be accessed through the library’s database.
Library Assistant
During my freshman year of college, I worked as a Library Assistant for Logue Library at Chestnut Hill College. As a Library Assistant, I advised guests of basic library procedures and check-out and discharge books.
Human Resources Intern
During the Summer of 2017, I had the opportunity to work for Philadelphia Works Inc. as a Human Resources Intern. As a Human Resources Intern, I drafted outlines for company’s brochure and updated safety procedures.
Office Automation & Information Services Support Intern
From the Fall of 2015 to the Summer of 2017, I was hired to work in two departments for the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia. During my time there, I tracked the inventory for hardware used in the department, reformatted mobile devices for disposal and led development in designing a temple to track the location of inventory.
Human Resources Intern
In the Fall of 2014, I was hired to work in the Human Resources department at FMC Corporation. I scanned incoming and outgoing documents into FMC’s system and entered database information using Microsoft Excel.
