Area Manager Intern
I was a full time Area Manager Intern at Amazon during this past summer. During my internship, I partnered with operations and tech teams to identify system bottlenecks and implement data-informed process improvements using performance dashboards and KPIs. I worked with Amazon’s routing and delivery management systems to uphold customer guarantees for a volume of over 80K daily packages. And, I supported last-mile delivery operations during Amazon’s Prime Week 2025, leveraging internal systems to manage a significant surge in package volume and ensure continuity of tech-enabled logistics workflows.
