I have 8 years of experience working in numerous roles within the Business Development and Human Services fields. During this time, I acquired a significant set of transferable skills and found many opportunities for self-development. This combination of leadership and management experience has allowed me to excel within my profession.
As a Business Development Manager, I was able to implement strategic initiatives, and successfully identify solutions to increase the customer base of an Internet Service Provider. I excelled in mentoring and training my team of 20 direct reports. I also improved the efficiency of a supply chain, of over 100 outside vendors, through process re-engineering. As a Direct Support professional, in the Human Services field, I provide therapeutic support, crisis intervention, and assistance with all aspects of daily living skills.
