Health and Benefits Analyst intern
During the summer of 2025, I completed a Health and Benefits internship with Willis Towers Watson (WTW), a global advisory, broking, and solutions company. My role focused on learning and supporting the design and benchmarking of employee benefit programs. I reviewed benefit plans across different years, identified key changes, and documented differences to support client reporting. Additionally, I received training in several areas of health and benefits, which provided me with a comprehensive understanding of how various plans are structured and managed. This experience strengthened my attention to detail, enhanced my knowledge of benefits design, and deepened my understanding of the consulting process within employee health and benefits. The internship also allowed me to improve my collaboration and communication skills by working with professionals across different teams and participating in client-focused projects.
