Health & Benefits Analyst
Starting in June 2026, I’ll be joining Willis Towers Watson (WTW) in Philadelphia as an Analyst in the Health and Benefits line of business through their Early Careers / Recent College Graduate program. In this role, I’ll work with consulting teams to help employers design and evaluate their health and welfare benefit programs, using data and analysis to support real-world decisions about plan design, costs, and employee experience. The position is hybrid, so I’ll split my time between WTW’s 1900 Market Street office and working from home, giving me the chance to collaborate closely with colleagues both in person and virtually. Through this opportunity, I’m excited to deepen my knowledge of employee benefits, strengthen my analytical and communication skills, and contribute to the work of a leading global advisory and broking firm
