As a remote Teacher Assistant for the MIS department, I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with one of our professors, providing dedicated support for their online course needs. A core part of my role involves taking the lead in building and managing their online exams within Canvas. This includes carefully inputting all question details and answer keys to ensure accuracy and a seamless testing experience for students. I also serve as their primary point of contact for any Canvas-related assistance. I have been responsible for providing timely and effective support. This remote collaboration has sharpened my organizational skills, attention to detail in a virtual environment, and ability to communicate clearly and proactively to effectively meet the professor’s needs.
