Sales Associate
I worked as a Sales Associate at Luxottica Sunglass Hut from September 2023 to July 2024. Throughout my role there, I learned many important skills that I felt were very important, such as customer service, problem solving, achieving sales targets, and working in a team environment. These skills are important to my future career as I learned how to deal with my customers needs and wants, and adjusted my strategy for each customer accordingly, as every customer is unique. I also had to deal with many situations where problem solving was very important, such as disgruntled customers, thefts, inventory management issues, as well as having a good and professional relationship with my coworkers.
