Position Title: Product IT Intern
Full-Time Internship Starting from Fall 2015- Spring 2016
Operating with a two-fold vision, CauseEngine exists to serve both nonprofits and freelancers. Nonprofits deserve access to talented professionals and freelancers deserve opportunities for meaningful paid work.
CauseEngine is the result of hard lessons learned working on the front-lines of nonprofits. Running effective nonprofit organizations requires vision and passion, but also operational know-how. CauseEngine connects nonprofit organizations with a network of talented, vetted freelance professionals to help resolve business challenges.
From marketing support, web design and development, to grant writing and relationship management, CauseEngine is a one-stop marketplace to meet those needs and more.
Some work that I have done includes; Pricing Model Analysis, Competitor Analysis, Cases Study Postings, Grant Research, Front-End development.
Utilizing applications such as WordPress Platform, HTML 5, HTML, CSS coding, Trello, class documentation methods of thinking such as Process flow diagrams along with using skills I learned in MIS 3504 to gather information to analysis CauseEngine and gain more insight on the business.
