IBIT Mentor Program
Throughout the Fall 2020 semester, I participated in the IBIT Mentoring Program. I was nominated, then applied, and then was paired with Sondra Barbour as my mentor. We met three times throughout the semester, and Ms. Barbour and I had great conversations revolving around her very successful career. She acted as a sounding board as I navigate what I want to accomplish in my professional career. I look forward to keeping in contact with her going forward!
