Enhancing Your Career With Mindfulness
This event was sponsored by Thinkful on 11/24. The speakers talked about how one can be mindful while having a conversation and how mindfulness leads to success. The speakers also gave tips on how to use certain “weakness” as an advantage. For example one of the speakers spoke really fast, and started out with a disclaimer that she speaks rather quickly and we can ask her to slowdown. Or saying things like “I am very excited, and you can see that in my speech.”
