ASCM Case Competition
This case competition is sponsored by Deloitte and is completely virtual. I was able to collaborate with other Fox students from different majors, simulating real business problem solving and decisions. The scenario was that MediCrystals had to produce 2 billion vials for COVID-19 vaccines in addition to their normal production for regular clients. I used my data analysis and management knowledge to organize large files of data in Excel. Then, we could build models in Excel based on supply chain management equations to find solutions to the problems we were presented with. Finally, we could compile our results into a presentation and submit our final deliverables.
