Gartner Webinar 10-11am. Discussed the five steps in the re-engineering approach. Identify and prioritize, (re)engineer, implement decision, embed decision, and monitor and evaluate. When re-engineering you must go through another set of steps which are interpret, model/design, contextualize, execute, and observe. Going into detail of these steps in the webinar will help me in my future career when I need to analyze problems and work on finding a solution.
