When I began working for Miller Tire & Auto, I had no previous automotive experience. Thanks to the mentorship of the more experienced technicians, my ability and knowledge grew quickly. While acting manager, I still did inspections, repairs, and diagnostics, but also oversaw daily operations such as:
- Supervising 3 employees
- Scheduling and distributing work orders
- Ordering parts
- Customer transactions
- Inventory tracking
- Customer service
- Financial accountability and reporting
