Data Performance Analyst
This summer, I led the analysis of sales and performance data for a local roofing company, identifying key trends and delivering actionable insights to enhance strategic decision-making. To support this, I built and maintained interactive dashboards using Tableau and Excel, allowing for real-time tracking of project progress and business performance. I worked closely with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements, ensure accuracy through thorough data cleansing, and transform the findings into impactful reports. By consistently monitoring key performance indicators across roofing projects, sales, and customer satisfaction, I created detailed insights that helped optimize business operations and drive continuous growth. In addition to this, I assisted with various administrative duties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
