Business Analyst Intern
As a Business Analyst Intern at Amtrak, I am responsible for collaborating with a cross-functional team to design and optimize workflow processes for the corporate LMS. A significant part of my role involves working with the corporate Learning Management System (LMS). I’ve had the privilege of conducting daily quality assurance checks and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for learning modules. This critical task ensures that our LMS consistently maintains high-quality standards and adheres to regulatory compliance requirements. In doing so, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the importance of data accuracy and the pivotal role it plays in delivering reliable learning content to our employees.
Working with a substantial dataset, I’ve delved into data analysis and compilation, allowing me to cater to the evolving training needs of our workforce. This hands-on experience has taught me the significance of data integrity and how addressing data inaccuracies is central to maintaining a seamless and compliant training environment for our employees. I’ve had the opportunity to contribute to the design and usability of our LMS’s digital adoption platform to enhance the end-user experience.
