IT Specialist Intern
By working as an intern for Kid’s English, I learned how to look up, modify, add, and delete data from a large database. I also learned how to manage a project and work around a limited budget by building PCs instead of buying them from a vendor to replace the outdated PCs the employees were using. I also learned how to deal with people and variety of technical issues by working as a tier 1 technical support. Next, I’ve learned how to record voice overs and edit those files in an efficient manner by recording voice overs for more than 100 children’s books using GarageBand. Finally, I’ve learned how to create professional marketing materials for use in China using the Microsoft Office Suite.
