Peer Ambassador Leader/Contractor
The goal of the individual contractors, such as myself, is to support and strengthen the sub-department of D.C. Public Education Fund (D.C. Government) called DCPS Persists. I’m currently gaining experience in project management and data + analytics. Reason being that myself with my team plan and execute research projects and program engagement events to collect data for D.C. government regarding students who are from and currently in Washington D.C.. Additionally, we collect, analyze, and organize the data we gain by utilizing SQL. I learned a great deal thus far in my internship, especially regarding project management/working with a team for a greater goal. Additionally, I have also sharpened my SQL skills which can be used later on in my professional career.
