As a interpreter with GLOBO Language Solutions, I’ve gained valuable skills in communication and customer relationship management. Being bilingual in both Farsi and English, I’ve effectively translated for new Afghans in Philadelphia, aiding a humanitarian organization with 24/7 interpretation services. Interpreting Covid-19 results, passport information, and relocation assistance for over 100 refugees has honed my communication, cultural sensitivity, and customer service skills.
