Addressing Unconscious Bias as a Leader
This activity sponsored by Stacey Gordon, really helped me with my future career goals. The learning was about how bias’ are created in the workplace in many different ways(hiring, working in teams, etc.). The module taught us how to avoid bias’s and how to deal with group members who’s views you don’t necessarily support or agree with. It also taught me ways to steer conversations so the group stays intact and works together efficiently. The activity relates to my career goals for when I am working and have to deal with group settings or team members. It’ll help me be a problem-solver and not a creator.
