Work Experience and Involvement

Throughout the last two summers and winter break I interned with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I worked with an accounting team of six people, assisting with monthly financial statement preparation including journal entries for over 50 accounts using excel and  PeopleSoft financial software. I also worked various audit reports and monitored various account schedules. In addition, I was apart of over 15 internal branch audits and worked subsequently with the accounting team on various areas including inventory management, fixed asset management, and compliance with company guidelines and controls. Throughout my internships I analyzed customer history and determined the risk level associated with renting cars to certain customers. Throughout my first summer internship I assessed risk on over 1,000 customers bi-weekly.

I allocated monthly budgets for each of the departments around the school ranging in amount from $500-$1500 per department. I also created and distributed monthly operating bank account detail reports to each department which include operations, financial services and education services.
