How to Speak So People Want to Listen
During this Linkdin course, I learned how to speak more effectively so that I can hold the attention of the people I work with. I also learned more about how I can communicate clearer and get my point across better while presenting. There was a lot of information provided about the science of human communication and the words we use that limit our depth in conversation. For example, words like “just” and “should” are described as filler words that limit the clarity of our sentences and phrases.
